With three bays, the triple carport offers covered parking spaces for up to 3 cars. The oak version of this carport is made from sawn oak posts, headers and bracing with a softwood roof structure. The use of European oak from sustainable sources helps make sure a carport from Chart Garages is built to last generations. The posts will naturally silver over time and the open nature of the building means that although a large covered parking area the visual impact is limited. Often a favourite garage building for those with a listed building or in a conversation area. Alternatively, pressure treated softwood supports, bracing and headers can be used, these are ideal for those considering painting or staining in the longer term.
Using signature Chart curved bracing the three bay carport retains a traditional look and uses an age old construction style. The roof as standard is boarded and covered with Onduvila tiles, this can be upgraded as an option to increase the pitch and left ready for natural clay or slate tiles. Alternate roof coverings available include cedar shingles and Tapco synthetic slate.
Triple carports are available in two different sizes either 9.1m x 5.4m (30' x 18') or 9.1m x 6.1m (30' x 20'). If you need more space or bays please let us know we can build a near infinite number of bays for both home and commercial situations.
Looking for a smaller carport? Take a look at a single carport or double carport.
The price shown excludes VAT and is for a fully pressure treated softwood carport 9.1m x 5.4m. Our standard construction method of oak for the same size carport starts from £17, 759+ VAT. We recommend you build a bespoke quote with our easy quote builder.
Premium Chester carports can be used as stand alone buildings, have the flexibility to have one two or three sides enclosed and can even be added on to another timber building such as stables or a workshops.
We use either 150mm x 150mm (6″ x 6″) oak support posts framing and attractive curved bracing or pressure treated softwood, depending upon the chosen specification.
