This Chart oak fronted garage makes use of oak where it really makes a difference, on the exposed front face where it is visible and exposed to the weather. Internally we use pressure treated softwood to optimally balance the use of natural resources creating the most sustainable garage.
A triple Chart oak framed garage starts at 9.1m (30') x 5.4m (18') with 3.0m (10') individual openings. For wider cars we recommend considering increasing the size of openings to 3.6m (12'). As a premium garage the standard roofing is Onduvila tiles. You can also upgrade to Tapco synthetic slate, cedar shingles or (with increased pitch) we can prepare the roof for clay or slate tiles.
